Having started off working in a warehouse doing manual labour, Bryce started on early in his career knowing the definition of hard work. In June 2010 he obtained his Agents Representative license and Bryce started as a Sales Assistant at Rutherfords. Bryce enjoys his role stating “The Market and properties change day to day, you get to meet diverse individuals and work with highly intelligent people on a daily basis.” In 2015 Bryce finished his accredited Estate Agents course and obtained his Full Agents Licence.
Bryce works on trust, integrity and honesty and, he believes these qualities have ensured rewarding results and repeat business. He is proud to be part of the Rutherfords team and prides himself on his dedication and commitment in looking after his clients for all their real estate needs. Bryce enjoys meeting new people which means that he is always striving to deliver outstanding results and he relishes the challenges and opportunities that real estate provides.

Bryce prides himself on giving his client’s 100% with the most up-to-date feedback on the state of the market, its trends, comparable sales and property values, giving them a realistic outlook on what they can achieve in today’s market, bringing peace of mind and showing the ability to satisfy clients in the buying and selling of their properties.
Bryce hopes to expand the business and make Rutherfords the preferred Industrial Property Management experts. He believes this is achievable due to the higher level of care because it is a family business. Bryce defines good customer service as “being prompt, reliable and knowledgeable about the market and its trends” which he lives by every day.
In his spare time Bryce likes to spend time with his newly-wed wife, surfing at his favourite spot in Jan Juc and supporting his favourite AFL team, Collingwood.
