Kevin joined Rutherfords Real Estate in April 2025 as a Data Researcher, bringing over five years of specialised experience in commercial real estate, with a strong focus on medical office and veterinary real estate.
Kevin began his real estate career in 2019 and most recently served as Department Head of the Research and Analytics Division at Diversum Strategies, where he led data teams responsible for compiling and analysing sales and lease comparables, managing extensive market databases, and producing comprehensive industry reports.
Kevin is skilled in real estate data analysis, market research, and underwriting support. His keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality data ensures that the Rutherfords team is always equipped with accurate and actionable insights.
